If you need a personal invitation letter to attend the IRS 2024 conference,please dowload and fill in the Visa Support Form below;

Please convert the form to PDF and e-mail it to mayujie@zju.edu.cn;

The signed invitation letter with official seal will be forwarded to you as a scanned PDF file

If you need a hardcopy, this will be mailed to you via standard mail service. In that case, please provide your complete mailing address.

Note: The Organizers of IRS 2024 cannot intervene in the visa application process on your behalf at any China Embassy or Consulate Office abroad.
