All deadlines are applicable considering the local time(Beijing Time: UTC/GMT+8).

Paid registration fees cannot be refunded in case of cancellations made after April 16, 2024

Unpaid or partially paid registration will not be considered as valid until the fee is fully paid.

Registration is strictly personal and non-transferable.

“Early-bird” and “regular” registration is confirmed when the payment is completed before the specified dates. If confirmation is not received within 5 days after the payment, please contact us (mayujie@zju.edu.cn) and/or send us the payment bank-statement. Please notify us if the payment is done by credit card owed by a different person, or the payment is carried by your institution.

The preferred method of payment is online card payment.

The final invoice can be downloaded from the Online Registration Form three weeks after the registration is confirmed and paid in full. The final invoice will be issued based on the details provided during the registration process. Any change of such details (name, address, VAT number, etc.) is possible only within 3 days from the date.

The registration fee does not include participant insurance against accidents, sickness, cancellation, theft, property damage, or loss. Participants are advised to take out adequate personal insurance. In case of any problem during registration please contact us at mayujie@zju.edu.cn.

Please be informed that the organizing committee has partnered with the website service company and payment service unit. When it comes to submitting abstracts, registering, and booking hotels, you will be directed to the website service platform at https://cloud.yiyum.com. Additionally, you will be redirected to https://icc.5upay.com/ for payment processing. To ensure secure transactions, all domain addresses will utilize HPPTS certificates for encryption.
