The abstract deadline has been extended to February 29, 2024 at 23:59 (UTC+8).
Abstracts received after
the deadline cannot be
accepted and therefore will not be considered for the program or
publication.
Abstract Formatting
The abstracts should be prepared according to the template
(download
link)
and converted to PDF format.
The author must register and
abstract submission fee must be paid.
Abstracts should be concise and are suggested to be less than 300
words and
must be written in English. The titles should consist of no more
than 20 words and a "First letter capitalized” format should be used.
Abstracts (PDF files) must be
submitted through the registration platform.
Notice
Submitter must clearly indicate the presenting author and can include
up to 15 co-authors or eventually a group of authors (et al., or
team name).
When submitting abstract, you should consider and choose first the
category and the specific symposium, which you wish to have your
abstract allocated in, and indicate the preference for oral/poster
presentation.
Note that the Symposium conveners reserve the right to decide on the
final assignment upon the abstract evaluation.
Oral Presentation
The time allocated for all oral presentations is 15 min in total,
including 2-3 min discussion at the end of each talk.
Please note that you cannot use your own laptop for your presentation.
Presenters of oral talks must hand in their presentations in
PowerPoint or PDF formats to the designated desk at the entrance hall
of the Conference center preferably by the end of the previous
day and at the latest during the break (coffee or lunch) before the respective
session.
Please include in the filename the abstract ID number and ensure
that the presentation shows correctly.
Files can be either delivered in a flash drive or sent by E-mail to mayujie@zju.edu.cn. If you use
E-mail, please verify with the secretariat that
your presentation has been delivered correctly.
Note that all files will be deleted at the end of each day and the
secretariat is not allowed to provide copies of the presentations
to other participants. Please contact the session chair(s) and
identify yourself during the break, shortly before the start of your
session.
Poster Presentation
Poster Dimensions
The poster boards of IRS 2024 are portrait 90cm (wide) by 120 cm
(high). Please make sure that your poster does not exceed these
dimensions.
Handouts
You are welcome to distribute handouts of your posters. You have the option to bring your own
printed material or print them locally using copy centers near the venue. The secretariat can assist
you in locating the nearest center.
On Site Printing of Posters
We can arrange to print your poster locally. Please send a PDF file to the
email mayujie@zju.edu.cn before May 30, 2024. We will verify the validity of the file and
send you a confirmation within 24 hours. The cost per poster is $15, which can be paid on site.
